This Amazing Heliodor was discovered in Zhytomyr Oblast, Ukraine in 1996. It weighs 12.017 grams / 60.085 carats and measures 52mm x 17mm x 11mm. I have dubbed this one Solaris Gladius, which means Sword of the Sun. This is an incredibly significant collector specimen and metaphysical crystal. It is doubly terminated with a little pyramid top and a flat bottom. This piece has top clarity, wet luster, and its color is a vivid golden yellow that lights up the top shelf of my Beryl collection. The hydrothermal etchings are vast, with a unique blend of rapid growth, inverted, box style, protruding parts. The crystal is semi tabular and tapers at the top similar to a sword. This is my all-time favorite heliodor crystal. It is a stone of wisdom; highest in quality and sheen. Please study the photos and watch the facebook Videos.
