This is a phenomenal Tourmaline from the famed 2013 Cranberry Pocket. Specific locality is Cruzeiro Mine, São José da Safira, Minas Gerais, Brazil. It is very gemmy and vibrant. I can read through the crystal when placing it against my computer screen. It is transparent. The color is a Cranberry hot pink / red. The weight of this crystal is 1.786 grams / 8.93 carats. It measures 28.42mm x 6.66mm x 5.07mm. The top termination is complete, and there is a partial bottom termination as well. This is easily one of the very best Tourmalines that I've been able to acquire. These cranberry Cruzeiro crystals are becoming exceedingly rare as they are highly sought by collectors.
