This Aquamarine is among the very finest from Skardu Pakistan. It was found a few years ago, I'm not sure of the precise year. We purchased this crystal from a well respected and ethical dealer who is native to the region. This spectacular Aquamarine has a fancy 9 face Termination that is the Apple of my Eye when it comes to Beryl caps! The crystal itself weighs 10.898 grams / 54.49 carats and measures 41.52mm x 16.27mm x 10.76mm. It is a little bit on the tabular side, yet it is quite symmetrical. The clarity and color are very good, especially for the locality. This Aquamarine has not been heated or treated or polished. It is 100% Natural. There's a tid bit of matrix coating on the healed bottom of the crystal. This is a full crystal, however it grew upon the matrix naturally with an incline; Resulting in a lightly etched, completely healed bottom side. The crystal displays very well. The internal helix wisps bend like rings of Saturn, circling a thin white beam that runs straight up the center of the crystal. It is a remarkable sight, and in person this proves to be a Mystical Aesthetic. This is a very high vibration Aquamarine. Photo #5 shows the c-axis termination. In this photo, a small chip is visible at the lower left corner. This chip is primarily only visible from a top view. Aside from that I don't see any damages. We chose this crystal because it has great color, luster, clarity, termination, and character. It has all of the qualities that I want in a high quality Aquamarine crystal.
